In China, thousands of natural history museums house exceptional collections and valuable knowledge for children to explore. However, based on my observations, most museums merely display exhibits, models, and informational texts within their halls. The majority of young visitors show little interest in dense textual content or unfamiliar models and specimens, making it difficult for them to absorb knowledge effectively during their visits.

To address this, I have designed an interactive natural history museum installation specifically for children, enabling them to learn through gameplay and hands-on activities. I also developed an augmented reality (AR) experience that allows children to revisit and reinforce what they've learned even after leaving the museum. The goal is to create a more engaging and effective museum visit and learning journey, inspiring children to naturally develop a love for natural sciences.
